SIMC & KCAB INTERNATIONAL Seoul Seminar

Mediation is a flexible process in which a neutral third party facilitates negotiations towards a settlement. Mediation for cross-border disputes as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism is gaining popularity globally. The half-day seminar organized by the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC) will focus on the latest developments and trends in international mediation. Speakers will share their experience as well as what the UN Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation will mean for the practice.
